Fee £100 p/d
The award winning Speakeasy Theatre Company have been working in educational and community settings since 1996, producing fantastic Youth Theatre, Learning Disability Theatre projects, as well as numerous inspirational workshops and theatrical interventions in schools both locally, and nationally. We are currently working up to our community youth theatre project “Act Up!” Act up is a youth theatre for 8-19 years drawn from the Saffron and Eyres Monsell estates in Leicester. The group is characterised by the large number of boys who take part
We are seeking a freelance Drama practitioner / workshop leader who has experience of working in youth theatre settings to complete the current team for this two week project. We prefer to work with an equal balance of male and female workshop leaders.
The project will take place from Monday 10th August 2009 to Saturday 22nd of August 2009 inclusive of Saturday 15th.
