05.11.09 NOISE Arts Venue Manager/ Assistant Manager , MANCHESTER - NOISEfestival.com
The NOISE Free Arts Lab shop, a multi-functional arts space in Manchester city, will open from late November 2009 until March 2010. NOISE Lab are looking for an enthusiastic, creative Venue Manager, with an outgoing attitude and willingness to go beyond the job description. This person will be responsible for the day-to-day running of this experimental venue to the highest possible standard. Another role also exists for an Assistant Venue Manager who will be required to provide support during busy periods and also cover the Venue Manager’s days off.
Skills
- Interest and background in retail and the creative industries
- Confidence with administrative and financial systems
- Experience of working in a busy retail environment
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite 4 preferred, but not required
