23.11.10 Multimedia Content Developer, Derby - Derby Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust
Please note this post is offered on a 12mth fixed term contract due to limited funding.
You will be responsible for designing, developing and publishing interactive and engaging multimedia-based learning content through the Hospitals Intranet and external website.
You will need substantial, proven and well evidenced experience :
in the creation of rich media with a high level of proficiency in multimedia authoring tools such as Adobe Flash (with Action Script).
of graphic and design skills required to produce engaging visuals and interactive multimedia for delivery on the web.
and ability of using creative design tools such as Photoshop, Fireworks, Expression or similar within a business environment.
of website development using scripting languages including HTML, CSS, XML and Javascript.
In addition you should be:
a dynamic, enthusiastic, self motivated and have a commitment to understanding the use of new technology and a commitment to continued self development.
able to work effectively as a team player as well as use own initiative.
able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
Due to the small size of the e-Learning Team you will also need to provide general support and assistance when required.
