With exciting plans for 2012 and beyond, we need a designer to join our team and get stuck into work on a variety of brands - you'll work on a range of projects, mainly in the entertainment, leisure and cultural sectors.
To be part of the team you'll need to be fluent in all aspects of Adobe, passionate about your work, prepared to work hard across multiple projects and possess top-drawer creative standards and attention to detail. You'll work with more senior members of the team and take ideas from initial concept right thorough to final artwork. With a mixture of print and digital work you'll need to be confident working across both and be determined to improve your skills. Idea Generation, Creative and Production
Graphic Design & artworking across a wide range of brand and marketing projects.
Deliver interface designs and supporting graphics for digital projects e.g. web development projects, online banners and HTML emails.
High level of attention to detail and organisational skills.
Creative input on projects which you are directly or indirectly involved with.
Pick up partly completed work and finish to a high standard.
Work on multiple projects simultaneously within set timescales.
Take briefs from scamps through to finished print ready artwork.
Research, Print Management and Digital
Keep in touch and up to date with developments in the industry from design you love through to print production techniques e.g. new formats and techniques and ensuring clients & colleagues are informed of any relevant developments.
Keep up to speed with developments in design for digital interfaces.
Articulate creative ideas so you are able to communicate & sell concepts and creative work in response to briefs.
Work closely with account managers to ensure projects are managed in accordance with agency systems e.g. sign-off process, project scheduling.
Learning & Development
Commit to ongoing learning and development across software applications including:
- Adobe Illustrator, In Design, Photoshop
- Agency Management Software e.g. timesheet management.
